How soon will I hear back?
We reply to form messages and emails within one to two working days. For anything urgent, call the hotline or message us on WhatsApp — both are answered live during office hours.
Can I register for an exam by phone or email?
Yes. Call the Exams Department or email exams@jpi.lkwith your preferred qualification, level and session — we’ll confirm your seat and send preparation materials.
Where do I collect my certificate?
Cambridge certificates are collected from the branch where you registered. If you can’t come in person, we can arrange courier delivery on request.
Can I visit a branch without an appointment?
Absolutely — branches welcome walk-ins during office hours. To meet a specific department or advisor, a quick call ahead makes sure the right person is available.
